eleventh of february

we had a not too bad day today, in fact, it was rather lovely and we saw quite a bit of the sun today.  so i went outside to take some photos to the north and west of us at 7.55pm...

doesn't that look lovely? nice stiff breeze blowing from seemingly every direction, and a beautiful clear sky. there was a bit of cloud coming up from the south, carried on the wind...

the sun going down looks fantastic as always, but something seldom seen here these days...











so then i turn to the south and espy this intruder...

a bit of a creepy looking thing i thought, so i zoomed in on it...

and then i zoomed a bit more...

what the f is that?? white phosphorous?

yuck.

falling apart before my very eyes...
